This project involved converting a commercial building into a residential one, with 14 mid-to-high-end apartments distributed across the ground floor and six upper levels. The basement and sub-basement were allocated for resident parking. The project included full-time site inspection and supervision.

Responsibilities included analyzing quantity maps, reviewing budgets and costs provided by the contractor, and evaluating and approving proposed materials. Regular on-site supervision ensured that the construction followed the project specifications. Throughout the process, I represented the client directly, ensuring their vision was realized in every detail.
