This project involved the construction of a residential building consisting of 14 mid-to-high-end apartments, including duplex units on the ground floor and seven additional floors above. Three underground levels were designated for resident parking.

As part of the construction supervision and management, I was responsible for overseeing 50% of the on-site supervision, ensuring that the construction adhered to project specifications. This included conducting inspections, compiling punch lists for project closeout, and producing detailed reports on the work completed. My role also involved identifying areas for improvement, detecting any issues or necessary repairs, and working closely with the contractors to ensure the highest quality of execution.
